I was originally just looking for a small gazebo to enjoy the summer, but my wife happened to stumble upon this 12x20 monster. The price was right, so I figured, why not go big? I believe it’s there to prevent scratches during shipping. We found that letting the panels sit in the sun for a bit made the film much easier to peel off. Takes two to build the initial frame but the rest can be finished by one. Took me 10 hours by myself. Roof panels are tricky but you can bend the slots they go into open a bit more to assist. Lastly, the anchor bolts supplied are insufficient. I upgraded to a 38 inch cement anchor for my unit. Too soon to comment on the durability during wind. I’m hopeful. Exceeded my expectations! Quality is great and love the size. Assembly was involved but overall not too difficult to manage. Can’t wait to spend summer nights sitting below it and enjoying the coverage. My only complaint was with the lack of price matching by Wayfair.
