Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I have always wanted a towel warmer- I love to take baths at night and the thought of a warm towel sounds so relaxing. This warmer is nice - it has a lot of racks and places to hang a robe but it is just so large and sticks out pretty far on the top. I actually think it’s too big for my smaller sized main bath. We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. I have a hydraulic bath tub for dog grooming, I was unable to get this to drain because the drain pipe is for a washer and this drains under the tub with a hose on the ground. So ordered this pump for under a sink and it works fine! very quiet.. Deb R.. Thu Apr 28 2016
