The gazebo looks nice once finished . It was not too difficult to assemble even though the instructions are quiet rough . We did it with just my husband and I. The worst part is the roof pieces have a film that has to be removed and that took up the most of our time. It was brutal . Maybe 4 hours to remove . I purchased this to extend our usable space on our patio. It took 2 people about 5 hours in the Texas heat to put this together. We are happy with the purchase of this pergola. It was easy to assemble. It shades great. I do suggest making sure you fasten it to something sturdy.
