Ella’s Transfer XXXL Walk-In Tubs main feature is the aluminum L-Shape Outward Swing Door. While it was designed for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues, it has become very popular amongst everyday users due to effortless access into the tub. The door’s distinct shape and the engineering of the outward swing allows the door to clear a 21” tall toilet and create a wide entry for an easy transition from wheelchair into a smooth acrylic seat. The Transfer XXXL comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The 2” drain outlets can be connected to the standard 1 ½” house drain with a T or Y fitting and piping selected by a professional plumber. The drain pipe configuration and selection of the pipes and fittings is up to the homeowner or licensed plumber. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage is turned on. The Ella TransferXXXL has thirteen (13) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Seven (7) upper fixed jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while six (6) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. To control the temperature of the water, use the hot or cold lever. The third lever can divert the water between the mounted faucet and handshower. The 5-Piece faucet has a fill rate of 18 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions.
