I had this Bissell before and loved it. My son accidentally threw it out. I had to get another. I have two Aussies and three cats. My other one had a retractable cord and this one didn’t. We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. It comes with several extra filters so the water will stay clean. We are happy with the product and are hopeful that our cat will start using it.
