The idea of a picture frame that can store 100,000 photos sounds impressive, but the process of uploading photos is extremely inconvenient. To add pictures, you must download the Frameo app on your phone and send each photo to the frame over Wi-Fi. The thought of doing that thousands of times is simply unrealistic. The unit does not support USB transfers, which would have made uploading photos much easier. I also tried sending photos from my computer, but that did not work either. I contacted online customer support, but they were unable to provide a solution. As a result, I had to return the item. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. The inside of the lid had surface mold over a third of it. It mostly came off with a bleach wipe but a couple of the rivets are also rusty so I'm guessing the warehouse was very damp.
