I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated. Kit works to dress up the installation, upgrading the kitchen. A bit pricey for what it contains, but not a lot of options if you want to do a "built-in" look. Bought this unit as a (very comparable) replacement for a Panasonic NN-T994SF that was purchased in January of 2005. Yes, after 21 yrs of constant use, that old unit finally gave out. Kudos to Panasonic on the quality and longevity of the unit that we replaced!! As to the new unit, we are very pleased. Well-built and cooks well. A big plus for us is that the unit is just under 24" wide (most other brands are slightly wider). Since we have a 24" wide alcove the oven sits in, perfect. I would tend to agree with the other reviewer who commented on the interior light being somewhat dim - maybe a 2nd light on the other side of the oven might have been nice. This wall-mounted control is compatible with most Fanimation ceiling fans. Utilizes a slider to control three fan speeds, allowing you to simply control the output of your ceiling fan.

My electricians installed 9 of these into our new house with Spitfire Fanimation fans so that we wouldn't need to mount remotes on our walls. I select this switch option because we do not have light kits with our fans. No issues with install but I find the the lowest setting on the switch is still really fast. It seems like there needed to be at least another one or two lower speed settings on these switches.
