I love this door. We paid 600 for installation. We were a little disappointed because I thought the glass would let in a little light. Our previous door bought on my light but no privacy. The door has two locks one automatically locks. The other is locked by a key. If you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing door to update your home buy it. ....Update this door is steel so it expand and contracts according to the weather. It cold now so it's hard to put the key in the door and the automatic lock does not lock, so you have to use your key to make sure it locks. There is also a space where cold come to the house. First, these doors are nice and solid. A little on the heavy side, so I am glad I wasnt installing these on my own. They are primed to a gloss so have to be sanded before painting, which is a little annoying, but it is what it is. They are not pre-hung, so you will not get any frame panels with them and as a result, the hinges dont sit recessed. When I read no hardware, I understood no hinges, handles, etc. which I was fine with as I had my own, but no frames would have been an issue if I didnt have the ones from the doors that didnt show up from the previous order that was cancelled (different vendor). They were delivered super quick which I appreciated and packed well. They did have some cosmetic issues that were from the factory (not FedEx), but not enough for me to go through the hassle to send them back. It was like each door had at least one nick in it!
