Excellent quality, solid construction, ball bearing wheels on upper track. No lower track ( so no need to drill your floor ). I ordered 2 sets. On 1 set of the double doors the strips on the left door didn’t align with the right door. I called Wayfair customer service explained the issue and they gladly shipped out a replacement. No fuss . Sometimes things happen but the way the issue is resolved more than makes up for the inconvenience. Casings come with the doors. Tracks were shipped separately. I love this door. We paid 600 for installation. We were a little disappointed because I thought the glass would let in a little light. Our previous door bought on my light but no privacy. The door has two locks one automatically locks. The other is locked by a key. If you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing door to update your home buy it. ....Update this door is steel so it expand and contracts according to the weather. It cold now so it's hard to put the key in the door and the automatic lock does not lock, so you have to use your key to make sure it locks. There is also a space where cold come to the house. The shipping was fast, delivery and packaging was great, and doors are very beautiful. I would give 5 stars for doors.
