The motor is permanently lubricated and designed for years of trouble free service. Separate rocker switches control the light and 2-speed fan.

This was a great upgrade from my old extremely outdated vented range. It was on back order so I had to wait 3 weeks before it arrived. Once I had it installed I turned it on and the fan was not working. After moving it around and slightly pushing it in it worked just fine. Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you.
