Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I had a difficult time finding the right tub faucet that would extend far enough from my deck holes to reach the tub. This worked perfectly with the nine inch reach.
