This door has so many issues dont even know how to explain. Exchanged it once and now need to purchase a new door altogether. It looks good but does not hold up well. My contractor thinks it is too heavy hence unable to hold up using the features that came with it to support it. I am very disappointed with this product especially since I had so much hope for it. The components themselves look and feel like quality items. The instructions are terrible at best. If you have not done an instal before, this is not the unit for you. The door panel that was shipped had a chip out of the top of the panel. It is really ugly. I have emailed Dreamline to see if they will stand behind it. It appears the chip occurred prior to packaging or shipping as there was no chip remnant in the package. I have installed numerous surrounds and this one has been the least enjoyable.
