The cooler is great. The shipping was mishandled. I paid for it to be delivered into the room and bc the box and crate was so big it wouldn’t fit through the door and the delivery team refused to wait (even though we paid for the white glove treatment). Once we unboxed it, there was damage to the surface of the cooler. Then we had to figure out how to get it off the crate bc the delivery guys refused to take it.
