It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Beautiful quality sick base. The cabinets just need to be adjusted and I feel the packaging could have been better to prevent things from shifting so much, there was no support other than an empty box inside both cabinets, I feel they should replace that with a solid block of styrofoam. One side came with more of a gap between the cabinets and need to be adjusted more than the other side.
