Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. Fits perfect for the small space. We refinished the wood molding trim and had to trim a few pieces down to install and anchor vanity to the wall. Very happy with over all look and quality.. Jo. It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. The photos and other pics from reviews were true to the product. The ONLY reason it is not getting 5 stars is due to the same issues others have had with the size of the top drawer and the notch not being wide enough to fit existing plumbing. It's pretty crazy how narrow it is, and if the manufacturer just made it even 2 inches wider it'd be perfect. We had to get creative with a plumbing solution that we were fortunately able to do ourselves, but would have been expensive if we had to pay a plumber. Overall, very happy and would buy it again. This is so beautiful, exceed my expectation. I was a little worried that there may be dent or chip but it didn't have either. It looks expensive, contemporary and very practical. I thought it is so much smaller than what I had I will be losing a lot of storage but no, the two big drawers from the bottom are large enough to put a lot of toileteries. BUT, THE ONLY DRAW BACK --- the mirror does NOT come with mounting bracket which is totally STUPID! So be aware and be warned, you need to find it on your own, to make use they fit before you are ready to hang the mirror up. Again, that's VERY stupid and inconvenient to the customer. Nice vanity. I purchased 2. Sturdy, good construction for the price. I fault. The soft close feature on the top fold down piece work fine but the soft close on the two draws not so much. My contractor had to remove the draws to move it upstairs. Don't know if that had something to do with it. I'll have then take then out and see what can be done about that. Beautiful, well-built vanity. I ordered two for a primary bathroom (a larger vanity could not be brought up the stairs of our vintage home). BTW, Wayfair's "room of choice" delivery is fantastic, and well-worth it for these heavy pieces!! I wish that these came "mirrored" (choice of drawers on left or right) for a more put-together look. My only complaint is that the SPECS PROVIDED ONLINE ARE NOT ACCURATE!! The images show a centered cutout in the back for plumbing; the images showing the opening off center are correct! Rather than 11.1" on either side of the opening, one side is about 8" and the other about 14.25" (not including the side trim). This error (I didn't look at all of the images before ordering, but rather sent the spec sheet to my contractor) resulted in having to re-locate either plumbing or electrical; we chose electrical so that the new lighting would be centered.
