Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. This is so beautiful, exceed my expectation. I was a little worried that there may be dent or chip but it didn't have either. It looks expensive, contemporary and very practical. I thought it is so much smaller than what I had I will be losing a lot of storage but no, the two big drawers from the bottom are large enough to put a lot of toileteries. BUT, THE ONLY DRAW BACK --- the mirror does NOT come with mounting bracket which is totally STUPID! So be aware and be warned, you need to find it on your own, to make use they fit before you are ready to hang the mirror up. Again, that's VERY stupid and inconvenient to the customer. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily.
