Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. Fits perfect for the small space. We refinished the wood molding trim and had to trim a few pieces down to install and anchor vanity to the wall. Very happy with over all look and quality.. Jo. The ONLY reason it is not getting 5 stars is due to the same issues others have had with the size of the top drawer and the notch not being wide enough to fit existing plumbing. It's pretty crazy how narrow it is, and if the manufacturer just made it even 2 inches wider it'd be perfect. We had to get creative with a plumbing solution that we were fortunately able to do ourselves, but would have been expensive if we had to pay a plumber. Overall, very happy and would buy it again. My only disappointment was shopping experience, I ordered it this Monday and it was delivered today, Thursday and I saw it was $59.99 less than what I paid. I contacted customer service to request a courtesy price adjustment since it just arrived but was declined. Returning and reordering would have cost more in return shipping than the price difference, making that option impractical. This is so beautiful, exceed my expectation. I was a little worried that there may be dent or chip but it didn't have either. It looks expensive, contemporary and very practical. I thought it is so much smaller than what I had I will be losing a lot of storage but no, the two big drawers from the bottom are large enough to put a lot of toileteries. BUT, THE ONLY DRAW BACK --- the mirror does NOT come with mounting bracket which is totally STUPID! So be aware and be warned, you need to find it on your own, to make use they fit before you are ready to hang the mirror up. Again, that's VERY stupid and inconvenient to the customer.
