We are loving this nugget ice maker! It is very easy and straightforward to us and I love that you can push the button to dispense ice versus having to scoop it out like some machines. This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. It has different settings, like simmering that works great. I really like the configuration of the controls as well. Did I mention how nice it looks on our counter, picture attached. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. So when I saw this on Wayfair, I thought I could upgrade my gas cooktop with a newer one, as the dimensions were the same as my old gas cooktop. It arrives and I was surprised that the quality was better than my old one by a little bit. The strikers that ignite the fire were a bit larger and shouldn’t have issues if they get dirty. Overall it is a good cooktop. Unfortunately, the underside of the cooktop is much wider than my old one, so I can’t replace it in my kitchen as the wood underneath the cooktop I have now is too narrow. First off, we needed all new pots and pans for it to work- didn't know that prior to. So, it took a little while before being able to use new cooktop, but, we are getting more used to it day by day. We are coming over from natural gas cooktop-as we had an old style electric many years ago(and it was terrible). I still love the gas cooktops, but this one surprised me as it is very good and easily comparable to a gas one. It will boil water faster and cook better- with the correct pans. We have no bad things to say about it- only small thing, wish there were only one of the smaller burners, rather than two(the burners will only cook around the pan or pot's actual cooking surface on bottom of pan or pot. We are adjusting to these things as we get more acclimated to new cooktop system. We like it very much though. The cooktop system is very sleek and easily can be wiped down after usage. Came earlier than expected, well packaged, exactly what I needed. Update: after installing, found that the faucet I bought drops water way too short of the center of the sink - and this with a 6" reach. I'm now buying a different faucet. Just a warning that the hole is 3" from the edge of the sink so plan accordingly. Final update - never could find a faucet with a long enough spout to drop water in the center of the sink (those that shoot water splash too much).
