I managed to snag one from the container store when there were just a few left. I think 4 cups has got to be the perfect size for a lunch or everyday common use. The pinch lock keeps it from bursting open like some others I've tried would do. I haven't found a way to use it in the oven yet but I'm excited to do so. It feels like an all-in-one rather than getting all different sorts of containers for different foods.I've had previous silicone containers that hold onto the taste and smell of things. I was not really sure what to expect from this beautiful mug / cup . I wanted it for the amount of water that it will hold ( 40 oz ) I am older and I need to drink more water so I wanted a bigger cup then what I already have however I have problems with my grip and sometime with the weight of so.e items . This is perfect for me the handle is just right and the weight when filled seems to be well distributed. My only issue is I have a hard time sliding the drink hole cover open or closed but that is my issue because of my own strength and that should not affect any reason that someone else would not like it .
