Bought3 fans from this company. The work fine and are quiet. My two problems are 1. I choose the recommended size braised on the manufacturer. I would go larger to increase the air flow. Secondly, is the little tiny control that does not respond immediately. We have the fan on full speed at night but it is a chore to turn light on. The black remote is for the fan of the photo I sent. This was simple to install. They try to make it easy to install by yourself but I required help lifting this up the ladder from my husband. I had difficulty placing all the items in screw it all up so you have to find the perfect positioning to make it work. We really like that it comes with a remote. We also had to change out our dimmer to a regular switch because it’s messes with light and makes it flicker but that’s what the remote is for. One thing I’m not so sure about is the LED. Overall this is a great fan, the light is bright but can be adjusted to be dimmer. The fan has different speeds for whatever your needs may be. My only “issue” if you can call it that, is I wish I was to not use the extender to attach it to the ceilings and just the part the carabiner is attached to, the room we used it in has shorter ceilings so tall people might have an issue.. This light arrived well packaged and in a generic ceiling light package. Sofucor does do a lot of ceiling fans per their website and the interior packaging confirmed it was a Sofucor product. There is a little blue tooth speaker in the middle of the fan, and the LED lighting will not only show up on the outer plastic crystallized rim, it will shine through the “star” holes in the main basin. At first I thought they were little glitter pieces but you can fully see through them when I held it up to a light. This is going in my teenage sons room during our new build, so I will update photos after full installation. All in all it looks to be a stellar, very cool product so we are looking forward to it..
