The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This is a beautiful bathtub. The price is awesome for what you get. I love the shape as it is soft in a very square area in our bathroom. It’s super deep and the husband and I can both fit in it well. It does have a bit of a narrow center so it’s a little tight in the middle with both of us in there, but still plenty of room.
