Well, im sorry to say that the stool didn't function after i put it together. I pushed the lever and the seat went to its highest point snd wouldn't adjust down to the level i needed. Im trying to get advice on it or will try to replace it. Addendum. My brother read somewhere to turn the stool upside down and place it near heat overnight and i did that and apparently the lubricant inside the tube melted because i was able to adjust the seat down to a ht i wanted so now the seat is satisfactory, so i give it 4 stars for good price and looks minus 1 stuar for this glitch.. I've never owned or used a stair stepper before but this is a lot of fun to use! Never thought I would experience exercise as fun but I love it. Assembled by using just a couple parts included but it basically comes preassembled. I've yet tu build up to using this for more than a minute only because I'm under conditioned.
