These are beautiful chairs! The quality of the linen upholstery is very nice. The cushion is firm but will probably soften slightly over time. Assembly was simply enough to not have to read the instructions. The chair comes assembled except for the legs. A tiny wrench is provided but I used an impact (power screwdriver) instead. It only took around 10 minutes. One thing, I noticed two smaller screws missing from the assembled portion that we'll have to insert but not a huge deal.
