Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. Loved the look of this, however it cracked along the seem of the hole between tank and bottom when installing. You can see where it looks like a flaw in the ceramic which leads me to think they are selling seconds or rejects on Wayfair. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
