You can see where it looks like a flaw in the ceramic which leads me to think they are selling seconds or rejects on Wayfair. The urinal looks great. I haven't had it installed yet but it will be nice to have one in my basement bathroom. There was a bit of misleading in the shipping notices. I had ordered a toilet also but then cancelled it. The delivery notice said the toilet was being delivered! I emailed Wayfair support and they assured me the urinal was shipped and they were right!! I have nothing but praise for all my dealings with Wayfair.ca. Excellent service before and after the sale!! Update: I finally got this installed and it works perfectly. The Zara Collection took it's inspiration in the beginning from a small pair of English candlesticks. The concept was to create a modern version that would be sometimes oversized and sometimes slightly unexpected. When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices.
