The Colony Round Front toilet is a space saver, but this High Efficiency Toilet offers great value, price and performance. With excellent flush performance using 20% less water compared to a standard ultra low flush 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) toilet.

Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. This style was installed in my new house in 2016 .The hall & Closet Lock on my garage door with my Encode plus keeps breaking and has to be replaced a lot and in th past 8 years a total of 6 times .You really need to make a more durable lock that does not break under heavy use .I never know when I open my garage door if the handle is going to come off because the piece holding will break off..
