This Inbox Zero Lorentz sit‑stand desk showed up in two very heavy boxes (around 90 lbs each), so the delivery alone felt like a mini workout. Building it solo with ADHD took a few hours and a couple of “rewind and fix” moments, but the instructions were clear—I just managed to overlook a few things along the way. Once assembled, the quality really shows. The drawers and cabinet close cleanly, the desk raises and lowers quietly and smoothly, and the larger size gives me plenty of room for both work and gaming. The only confusing part was the wire hiders underneath—usually there are markings for screw placement, but this one had none. I also wish the cabinet had cable holes in the back or middle. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. Overall I am very pleased (so far) with this desk. Admittedly, I am writing this review on the very first workday that I am using it, so I am still trying to get a feel for it compared to my old desk. As far as functionality goes, I give it 5-stars. It’s very easy to use and smoothly operates for height adjustment. It wasn’t overly difficult to put together even though it did take my husband and about 4 hours to do so. Ironically, the drawers were the most difficult part because the instructions (at least to us) weren’t too clear. We’re both quite adept at building furniture from a box, so to have stumped us is saying something. Speaking of the drawers, since this is a large desk, I’d rather have a second keyboard tray than the drawers. The main reason I’m giving it 4-stars is that the LED light strip all too easily broke while adding it to the desk. BTW, the installation of the light strip was also less the ideally shown in the instructions. But, the manufacturer is working on sending out a new kit to me even as I type this out, so at least the issue is getting corrected. Other than that, I will say that so far, I truly am enjoying the desk! I do LOVE the fact that you can have up to 4 presets saved. That’s far more helpful than I even originally thought it would be. This is my first standing desk, so it’s new territory for me. All in all, though, I would definitely recommend this desk. Just be sure to be super careful when sticking the LED strip to the desk because it snaps way too easily. Originally, I was very hesitant on purchasing this desk because the tabletop is in 4 pieces. I was worried about whether the tops of each piece would be level to each other or if the gaps between the pieces would be uneven or wide. I would have to say, I am very happy with the outcome of this table. tabletop came as smooth as can be. Height range of adjustment on this table is amazing. It can go low enough for my 5 yr. old to work at or tall enough for a 6.5ft man to stand at. Adjustable Height Electric Desk

Desk arrived a day early which was nice. Fast shipping! I think it looks larger than it actually is but its still nice enough. Its not real big wood, but that being said I think its a decent desk. It took about 5.5 hours to assemble and the directions lacked a bit in some areas. If you are mechanically inclined you can figure it out no problem. Some of the items were labeled incorrectly and some not at all so you really had to study the picture to make you had the correct piece. Also if you just make sure to pay attention to the orientation of the pieces youll be ok. As luck would have it I didnt make one single mistake (that never happens!). The spindle that turns the desk is difficult to insert into the side piece. I recommend lubing up with some soap. Works well without issue once all together. Nice feature to have a standing desk. I think I’m going to really like this desk as it is aesthetically pleasing, but also functional as a standing desk. It did take me about five hours to put together by myself.
