These chairs were easy to put together and the instructions were straightforward. They fit nicely into our sunroom without being too bulky. The small little pillow is flimsy and doesn’t provide any back support but that was easily solved with other pillows we had. One of the chairs had an arm broken upon delivery and Wayfair was extremely excellent in addressing the issue. The seat is firm and provides great support for the big guys in my house .. Kal.
