I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. The only detractor from this purchase is WAYFAIR itself. Their website can't differentiate Queen to King. Their email system of communication was non-existent if not confusing. And the delivery date missed. Now as for the Product, this is a good item - but that has more to do with the Manufacturer, than Wayfair. Luxurious, nice curves, low profile. The height of your mattress is an issue, get the bed first, and then adjust with the correct box spring from there.
