I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. I purchased a flow regulator for our bath faucet, I believe the part was under warranty I contacted Grohe regarding the warranty and they responded for me to submit the original purchase documents This was very favorable, unfortunately I have the documents but do not know how to forward them over my computer for a refund of the regulator purchase price.
