MultiChoice Universal Tub / Shower Rough - Universal Inlets / Outlets

I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. This cartridge is for a Grohe 3/4" volume control. I bought about five of them. The one operating the main shower valve in the master shower was a problem.
