Installation is extremely simple: the FixFit E is screwed onto an existing water outlet on the wall (size G ½; DN15). After that, any commercially available shower hose can be connected. All hoses with a conical nut will fit into the holder – including shower hoses from the hansgrohe range that are identical in colour also. You can create your own dream bathroom without much effort.

Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. Our contractor stated the installation was easy. The extension from the wall to the tub is more than adequate. The water flow is great to fill the tub. Although, I appreciate that the hand held hose water flow is adequate and yet gentle enough to avoid excess water splashing the walls and floor. The hand held hose length is perfect. This chrome and white porcelain tub filler is stunning. It is the eye catching look I was hoping for to compliment my soaking tub. The faucet adapter Kit includes a snap-on snap-off 2-part faucet adapter and a Y-connector. Part A of the faucet adapter easily connects to a single sink faucet and can remain connected. Part B connects to Part A and to the Y-connector. The 2 split ends of the Y-connector allow connection to hot water and cold water hoses which attach to the washing machine. The snap-on snap-off feature of the faucet adapter allows for a quick one-step process to connect the water supply from the sink faucet to the washing machine. Once the washing machine has completed the laundry cycle, Part B along with Y-connector and hoses can be easily snapped off and removed from the sink faucet.
