I purchased this same item 5 years ago for a rental cabin and am purchasing it again for me next one. I didn't want to pay a lot for it, but also wanted it to look good and last, so chose this due to the good reviews. When I had the first one installed the plumber said he had never heard of the brand but was surprised at how good it was. The original brushed chrome still looks beautiful. Great shower head. I just wish the hose was a little longer and that the arm that holds the handheld stuck out more so it wasn’t so angled into each other. You can’t use them both at the same time.
