This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. Our tub arrived yesterday in perfect condition! The crate it arrived in was substantial, and the packaging was secure. My husband and I used a furniture dolly (rolling platform) to move it into our bathroom, and it went very well. It helped that the 29” width fit through our 30” doorways. Of course, there is no overflow drain, so if that is a concern, do not order this tub. But I am extremely pleased with the tub so far! Im excited to post a photo of the project once it is complete. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors. Excellent sheets of tiles, well packed and delivered fast. My contractor quickly installed them and said they are good quality glass mosaic, not scratched, defective or broken pieces. Easy to cut and put the grout. The color is more brown than orange, but still on the mid century vibe I wanted for my kitchen backsplash. Glossy and easy to clean, as nothing sticks to it. These came in one box and they weigh a ton--I literally sprained a muscle in my leg trying to push this box 2 inches (Fedex delivered them to my front yard before a storm instead of to the porch). Be prepared for how heavy they are! That being said, they're beautiful and solid and will hold up my Artifacts tub beautifully. I warred with getting these or the pedestal base, but due to replacing a bathtub with a unique plumbing layout, the feet were the best option if I needed to have my drain assembly facing the room.
