We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. Beautiful looking, installed without issues by professional plumber. Love that the pipes are concealed by the tub skirt on the back side, but it does require some finesse to install.
