[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week of use I have observed that this dishwasher gets the dishes clean (even the stuck on stuff on heavy duty cycle) and is very quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing). It’s quiet enough that you can run it during dinner or while watching TV without constantly noticing it. Cleaning performance has also been better than expected. It handles everyday dishes, pots, and glasses well without needing to pre-rinse everything first, and the drying cycle actually works. The inside layout is practical and fits more than our old dishwasher without feeling awkwardly designed. I also like the overall look of it. The stainless finish feels clean and modern, and the hidden controls make it look more high-end than the price suggests. Small, but washes great. Getting the 3rd row is worth it, Quiet which we were hoping for. Appreciate that we were able to match the front panel to our cabinets.
