Only 4 stars because we have never used the tub to actually take a bath. Chose this size and shape during the remodel of our master bath and it worked really well in the space, which previously had a corner garden tub. Plumber had an easy time getting it in and it’s genuinely heavy enough that it doesn’t wobble or move at all. It’s good stuff! Love the color and finish, and as mosaic tiles go, it’s a very easy install. Being porcelain, it’s very hard and durable, and perhaps best of all, you can use an orbital sander to remove thinset and grout without damaging the finish—huge time saver! Just one critical thing to know in advance: these are spaced at 4mm, and you’ll have to search hard to find 4mm spacers. 3/16 is too wide, 1/8 is too skinny. On the upside, if things start looking a wee bit out of alignment, you can use those 3/16 and 1/8 spacers (very selectively) to cheat a little, with no discernible impact to aesthetics.. Ryan. This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look.
