[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch benchmark induction range is a great piece of hardware. I love how fast it brings water to a boil and how well built it appears to be. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. I honestly only purchased this knife because I wanted to see what the "extra wide" actually ment; as it is also offered in the chefs blade. It is slightly heavier than my other pairing knife (which i do prefer). By 'wide,' this refers more to the depth of the blade, versus if the blade makes a 'wider' cut. I'll try to post a photo of one of my regular pairing knives next to the extra wide one to help explain!
