It’s good stuff! Love the color and finish, and as mosaic tiles go, it’s a very easy install. Being porcelain, it’s very hard and durable, and perhaps best of all, you can use an orbital sander to remove thinset and grout without damaging the finish—huge time saver! Just one critical thing to know in advance: these are spaced at 4mm, and you’ll have to search hard to find 4mm spacers. 3/16 is too wide, 1/8 is too skinny. On the upside, if things start looking a wee bit out of alignment, you can use those 3/16 and 1/8 spacers (very selectively) to cheat a little, with no discernible impact to aesthetics.. Ryan. This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. The colors are beautiful on these tile sheets. I took off 1 star because there are several sheets where some of the tiny tiles are crooked (don’t line up properly) and have to be removed off backer and realigned. I cannot believe how beautiful this tile is. It is so remarkable when I hold this up to the light I can see the dramatic matte black. This is the type of tile that you can clean you can mix mixed with other colors or just had that nice dark finish. I am blown away how gorgeous these tiles are. They are more varied color depth wise vs the picture looks more uniform light blue, but I am happier with the variation actually and am so excited to get a project going.
