For countertop support, the T-Bracket Hidden Granite Bracket is the bracket support which will use the weight of the granite, to support your big granite countertop overhang on an island. The perfect concealed countertop overhang bracket. This Bracket lies across the top of the cabinet, half of the bracket will be inside of the cabinet and the other half will be exposed under the overhang. The vertical angle drops down on the inside back of the cabinets and is used to hold the T- Bracket in place until the granite is put in place. This will give your granite the appearance of floating once installed. **PLEASE NOTE: The vertical piece [tang] is welded in the center of the horizontal piece. Therefore, if you have a 10-inch bracket the vertical piece [tang] is directly in the center of the bracket, giving you approximately 5 inches on each side of the T-Bracket. Meaning there will be approximately 5 inches inside the cabinet and 5 inches on your overhang.

Revised: Ordered 8 brackets and finally got around to opening the rest of them. 5 brackets were missing the screws. Lost a star for the inconvenience. Heavy and sturdy. The pedestal is beautiful. But it's small. You can't fit a standard size laundry detergent bottle in it... The laundry hamper is a cool idea, but, nothing else fits in the drawer... So you only can keep an empty laundry hamper in the drawer?? Also mine shipped without an instruction manual (there isn't one online), no screws, and no clips. Love this sink. Very heavy, need to build out a brace to hold. Put into a 30inch sink cabinet, just fits.
