The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed. I never took it out of the box because after reading the installation booklet, I could find no instructions on how to install it in non-ducted fashion even though the product description said it could be installed without ducting. It showed "Option 1" (ducted) but no Option 2. While trying to research online for suggestions on how to install a nonducted unit, I found several complaints about the company's lack of customer service.
