This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. I was worried this backsplash would be too busy based on pics others posted and I could not find any kind of visualizer for it to see it in an example except MS International (supplier's site) but they used the other color, not this one. Now that I have it up the pics don't do it justice. As long as you have a fairly plain countertop it will look nice.
