These delivery guys are heroes. Yes the tile came in good. Yes so far I've discovered nothing broken. And yes the drivers and delivery were extremely kind and apologetic for being so late. My delivery wait was more than 2 hrs later than stated, but these guys communicated with me. My major issue with wayfair is not the service or delivery. It's with your automated system of feed back. I was texted early morning about the schedule. But the tracking system needs more feed back. My delivery had a four hour window....but since there was no real time Loop, I was not told closer to the 4th hour, so I waited for 4hrs plus 2 more. Wayfair...COMMUNICATE with your drivers so they can tell us to be there or go about our day within a 1 hr delivery time. And space out deliveries! This could have waited another couple of days...be honest if you have issues...and DONT BLAME THE DRIVERS!!! They went above and beyond but really? This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is.
