I'm not truly sure what I was suppose to expect. This is my first juicer. So far I love that it is easy to use and clean. The juice I get taste better than any store purchased juice, and this is without additives. As far as cleaning, it is receivable. All parts can be cleaned but I do recommend u clean immediately.. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. After reading the instructions, I was able to sharpen all my knives as sharp if not sharper than when they were new (if that’s possible) in maybe 30 -45 minutes.
