I needed to replace a Kohler corner tub in my primary bath that took up a huge section of my bathroom and I needed a tub that had presence/would fill the space well without looking skimpy. I also had a unique drain placement I needed to work around. I ended up deciding on this bathtub due to looks and the offset drain. Delivery was easy and the tub was extremely well packaged and somewhat resembling the Ark of the Covenant from "Indiana Jones" in its giant, wood crate. The finish on the tub is pristine and there isn't a single blemish on the tub, so the packaging was excellent. My remodel is ongoing, so I will need to update this review once it's complete.. Krista. bought this for a bathroom remodel and the box was packed full of little styrofoam packing balls. Our contractor installed the faucet and when it was time to test everything , the handheld sprayer had no pressure and was just dribbling out. When the contactor took the hose and handle apart, the inside was PACKED with the styrofoam balls. it took over an hour to get them all out of the hose and sprayer.
