Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. The siliconized acrylic latex formula is a no-slump formula, perfect for vertical installations. Use these TEC caulk colors indoors or outdoors. This is a mildew and moisture resistant formula. Caulk colors won't wash out in weather. Apply to seal windows, doors, tub surrounds, kitchen backsplashes, and more. TEC caulk colors are available in 10.3 oz of tubes of sanded and unsanded textures. The sanded caulk is a siliconized acrylic latex formula with a rough texture. This would work well where you are trying to match rougher textured applications such as brick or stone. Unsanded caulk has a smoother finish. Common places to use this siliconized acrylic latex unsanded caulk is against backsplashes in the kitchen, along bathtub surrounds, windows and more. The unsanded tends to be easier to clean because of its smooth surface.

The finish wears with time (can produce white rust with exposure to moisture), will continue to age with exposure, and may scratch (does have normal scratches from manufacturing).

This was exactly as described. Measurements were great, metal is strong, shelf is useful as are the utensil hooks under the shelf. We chose not to drill into the tile to adhere. We used adhesive to secure to the tile backsplash and the top edge slid under the stainless range hood already installed. Seemless, clean, great price and gives a very polished finished look.
