TEC caulk colors are available in 10.3 oz of tubes of sanded and unsanded textures. The sanded caulk is a siliconized acrylic latex formula with a rough texture. This would work well where you are trying to match rougher textured applications such as brick or stone. Unsanded caulk has a smoother finish. Common places to use this siliconized acrylic latex unsanded caulk is against backsplashes in the kitchen, along bathtub surrounds, windows and more. The unsanded tends to be easier to clean because of its smooth surface.

We finished our basement and put this niche in the wall opposite the bottom of the stairs into the basement. The niche holds holiday decor, like this photo taken at xmas, and a Chiparus dancer bronze sculpture in between holidays. It fit in the wall perfectly and adds a great accent to our downstairs rooms. Innovative new approach to Epoxy Mortar that enables a smoother matt finish. Epoxy Elite EVO is a commercial product that can be used as a non-sag setting material and grouting product. Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. Love this tile. The only note I would make is that since it has three pieces on one tile there is “grout” between the tiles. It’s is bright white. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. Matte White

I had been eying a metallic backslash but was concerned that the kitchen would be too dark. I purchased the white vinyl tile to tie in with the white sink and I am so glad that I did. Its beautiful! Although I used liquid nails, I purchased the kit with edging so that if the tile sags down the road, the edging will keep it in place.
