I searched and I searched. I read all the reviews and knew that this would be the right one. I love it !!!!!! The material is very nice, feels durable, I love the color, turquoise. Everything was in the box. As I was pulling the umbrella out of the box, I could see that the solar lights were already on. The crank was very smooth, and it opened right up.  I drilled 4 holes into my cement patio so I would not have to use the cross bar support and weights. I don’t like the look plus it takes up too much room. I would buy it again and recommend it. With my previous umbrella, I bought the insurance which I ended up needing because the lights stopped working after two days. Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. AND is keeping 200 for “return” delivery after I PAID EXTRA for in store delivery and the delivery driver refused to bring it inside. Save yourself a headache and save your money!. Anonymous.
