This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. These are nice tiles, but difficult to work with because there is variation in the width and length of the tiles which makes it so some tiles have barely any grout line while others have extra. Very happy with this ceiling medallion. The light fixture I had originally ordered for the room felt too small and this gave it the dimension in the room that was missing. Pretty simple to install.
