Our initial inspection failed, because our contractor had installed other handles with twist-button locks, so I replaced them with these handles with push-button locks - for half the price! The transitional collection non-handed Philtower lever lock with an adjustable spring latch, a round faceplate & strike plate, and assembly screws. The passage lock comes with a square-shaped interior and exterior rosette with a non-handed Philtower lever. The interior and exterior spindle comes attached to the square rosette, and the interior and exterior levers come preassembled on the interior and exterior spindles. The Philtower lever is attached with a set screw allowing for easy installation. Easy-to-follow instructions are included.

The pictures made them look possibly a bit thin on the handle but they have nice weight and thickness in person. I like them even more than I expected. Stylish and clean upgrade to the home. Very simple install. I like the release of the pushbutton lock but simply turning the internal handle to release it is a very nice feature.
